The colorful hills are a beautiful sight
Autumn's splendor is always a delight
Standing on the bank of the river below
Watching the water fall calm and slow.

God's beautiful handiwork is on display
Spanning for miles around to portray
Splendor to the landscape high and low
And God must have planned it so.



Autumn brings misty mornings
A crisp change is felt in the air
The sun shines brightly in the sky
And a brilliance of color is everywhere.

Autumn splendor is unfolding each day
Bringing a fruitful harvest to the land
Autumn is beautiful in every way
A gracious gift from God's own hand.
