I met a prince who came from afar
He was so kind
and he wanted to be mine
I wore dresses like a princess should
I felt the love I knew I would



All around me warm
He put a cloak of blue
He held me in his arms
where love is ever true



I said to him, oh how far must we go
before we reach your throne
Please take me to your castle
far away from here
Always know I love you dear
life with you I want to know



In a golden carriage I will ride
with my love forever true
Happy endings are so nice
In the sunset we will ride
Marry happy everafter
Take me prince, to be your bride.
