A little boy, a little girl, a journey
Searching for the news,
The Christ, be somewhere, someplace
All must be, somehow true...

Searching for the Lord of all
They journey on and on,
Eager for the wonder,
Listening for the song.



Oh, tell them Jesus came for all
Toll bells, reveal the truth,
Lead them to the Father's love
They need to know He's true.

When little ones are born to earth
Let them know just why they came,
How they can live forever
And where is eternal day.



Don't leave them in the blizzard
Of life, to journey cold,
Lost within life's darkness
With no love of God to hold.

Go, take that pony's bridle
Now, lead them to the stall,
May their hearts be safe in Jesus,
Oh, bring the children to the Lord.
