The linen was folded, neatly lying in place
in a cold empty tomb they would never forget.
It was left as a sign they would all surely know
although I'm gone, I am not finished yet.
As He ascended into the heavens that day
many would wonder what they would do.
But Jesus was saying with out-stretched hands
I am not finished, I will come back for you.

there is more that I will do.
Watch in the heavens for my return

The earth with it's problems endure for a while
don't worry because I will keep you each day.

I will come back and carry you away.
