Did I ever thank you Lord
For giving your life for me
For taking that long, lonely walk
To a hill called Calvary
I think of the crown of thorns
That pierced my Saviour's brow
If I never thanked you, Lord
Please know I thank you now
Did I ever thank you, Lord
For the pain you suffered for me
When they nailed you to the cross
So that I could be free
Did I ever thank you, Lord
For every drop of blood that spilled
For it covered all my sins
Prophecy was fulfilled
Did I ever thank you, Lord
For that old rugged cross
For the agony you suffered, Lord
For all who are lost
Sometimes we take for granted
To busy to stop and pray
Sometimes we fail to THANK YOU
For the price you had to pay

Matthew 11:25 (KJV)
At that time Jesus answered and said,
I thank thee, O Father,
Lord of heaven and earth,
because thou hast hid
these things from the wise
and prudent, and hast
revealed them unto babes.
