World's Greatest Dad
My dad worked hard the best man I knew
He never took a sick day and was there for us too
Thank you Dad for teaching me how to ride my bike
On windy days you taught me how to fly a kite
We went fishing, golfing and played ball
Right from the start you taught me how to crawl
As I grew older I helped you best I could
We tore out that old tree you told me that we would
You were supportive at all my games
I was so proud that you came
How can I thank you for all that you've done?
Except to say I Love You, we always had lots of fun
You took us to church and taught us how to pray
You knelt down with us at bedtime I just want to convey
All the respect and gratitude I have for you
You let me have my dreams and encouraged me to pursue
Today is your Special Day Dad,
Happy Father's Day.

there am I with them.
