I look beyond and see you there
So very far away,
I may not view you with my eyes
But, your heart I see today.

For God to bless my friend,
To be warm and blessed of heart
Within God's love securely kept.



That all your dreams be sweet at night
Your days be sweetly led,
Each footstep, every moment know
The peace our Father sends.

And in the heartaches of the day
May your thoughts be free of fear,
So no discouragement will come
To fill your eyes with tears.



So, then as years fly swiftly by
Your soul will be at rest,
Contented that the Spirit holds
Your precious life, forever blessed.
