~Forever Rejoice~
In the stillness of morning
I hear Your voice,
In the songs of the birds,
I hear You rejoice.
In laughter of children,
I hear Your joy,
In the lighthearted play
Of each girl and boy.
In dancing white clouds
I see Your celebration,
In the warmth of the sun
I feel Your adoration.
In the colors of roses,
In blossoms of spring,
In the snowfall of winter,
I hear Your voice sing.
In grandeur of mountains,
In the vastness of fields,
I see Your provision,
The fruit Your good yields.
In the rivers streaming,
In lake water splashing,
In the waterfall flowing,
In ocean waves crashing,
I hear You, I see You,
I sense You are there;
Sweet Jesus, in all things
I know You are here.
So I join all things,
I sing with all the earth,
Jesus, You are our joy,
The Source of our mirth.
So here in the still morning
I savor Your sweet voice,
In You, my Lord Jesus,
I will forever rejoice.
