From the day’s start,
Smiling with gratitude
In rays of sunshine,
Contemplating Your works
Delightful, divine..
Yes, I savor Your presence,
My Jesus, my King,
I savor the sweetness
Your blessings bring,
I rejoice in Your love
Limitless and pure,
I praise You for mercy
Forever to endure,
I sing of Your peace
Embracing my soul,
I sing of Your healing
Making me whole.
Here in the dawn,
As begins a new day,
I delight to follow You
On Your purposeful way,
I smile with gratitude
For You, my Sunshine,
I bask in Your presence
