A sister sees inside your heart
As no one else can do,
Their smile can quickly dry your tears
When your heart is torn in two.
Their laughter is sweet music
To a homesick soul each day,
And when you hear your sister's voice
The miles just fade away.
Sisters have such wisdom,
They know the words to say,
To make everything seem brighter
Just like the sunshine's ray.
If I had a million women
To choose my sister from,
I have to say, I'd still choose you
God gave me the perfect one!
