God sends us a special angel
On lovely white wings of love
One of exquisite beauty
From heaven above.



Our own special angel
God sends to me and you
To love, comfort and guide us
In all the things we do



Soft wings from out of nowhere
Wrap gently around our soul
When feeling that loving touch
God's special angel we will know.



Day and night our angel protects us
We are safe from harm if we trust
Removing all dark shadows of fear
And filling our hearts with cheer.



Thank God for our special angel's care
For the joy of knowing He is there
And realizing we are never alone
One day our angel will lead us home.
