~ Sunshine's All You Bring ~

You brought to me the roses
The fragrance that would stay,
Upon my cheek the velvet, soft
I felt your heart always.

I felt the warmth, the glory of
The sunshine on my face,
Dark clouds all scudded by
And there, I knew God's grace.



I'd felt the lonesomeness of life
The way days were before,
But, then you came with loveliness
With all you're living for.

Not, just to pass on by
But, you would come to stay,
To shine your love upon me
With joy, to me you came.



The cold winds disappeared that day
The sun remained to shine,
With love you pressed the gift of hope
Into this hand in mine.

To believe is to know
we are not alone,
That life is a gift
and this is our time to cherish it.
To believe is to know
that wonderful surprises are just
waiting to happen,
And all our hopes and dreams are
within reach.
If only we believe.
