If I mention shady trees
And a pretty little creek,
Bubbling over pebbles
Would that picture be complete.



With awesome color blazing
In the warmth of gentle sun,
A field of pretty blossoms
That we could lay among.



We'd take a picnic basket
And wander down a path,
Until we found an arbour
Perfect for our hearts.



To rest within and gladly chat
Of the heavenly we love,
We'd talk until the shadows
Flickered from above.



But, as we gathered up our day
We'd leave our souls behind,
For returning our imagination
To our place utmost divine.

When you go on walks,
I feel that I am walking with you.
And when you're having a cuppa,
