In the glow of autumn the wind sings a song
All the lovely bright leaves dance along
The glow of autumn is in the air
God's beauty is beyond compare.
Autumn is called Indian summer
God's wonderful beauty at its best
Coming before the winter sets in
And it puts summertime to rest.
Leaves float on the river running deep and slow
Reflections of the beautiful trees show
God paints with ease and grace
Summer is gone and autumn took its place.
Trees aflame in the glow of autumn splendor
Rare gifts of nature God does render
His great love of mankind on earth below
The glow of autumn He lavishly bestows.
