Halloween is just once a year
For all girls and boys to enjoy
With costumes they'll hide their identity
Trick or treat, play or party not to annoy
Perhaps parents could have a party
Inviting friends they know and trust
Some celebrate on Beggar's night
Party or play time safety is a must
When children go door to door
To their friends and neighbors
Have fun go with parents or a group
No tricks to make people labor
Take candy or treats already wrapped
All treats should be checked
By an adult or parent,
Know our Lord will protect.

Poetry by Joyce
Jesus said, Let the little children
come to me, and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of God belongs to
such as these. I tell you the truth,
anyone who will not receive the
kingdom of God like a little child
will never enter it.
Luke 18:16-17
