When I get up each morning
Before starting on my way
I thank my loving Jesus
For this new and beautiful day.
No matter what the weather is
It's a day so lovely to see
Because I know my Father
Gave this precious day to me.
I am so happy that He lives
Within my heart today
And I can tell each one of you
That He is here to stay.
Jesus has made me a chosen one
To spread his word you see
I'll covet Him and worship Him
A disciple I will be.
Please join me in my love for Christ
He has made me a fisher of men
Join me in my ministry
And give your heart to Him.
