Sunlight streams
Through trees of green,
Warming my heart
As it has never been,

For in these moments,
In my time with You,
I feel love precious,
Love perfect and true.



The summer wind caresses,
The birds sing joyfully,
The sounds of celebration
Blissfully surround me.

And my very heart,
Yea, my heart within,
Rejoices in Your mercy
Washing me of sin.



So many years
Your love I did not know
Despite all You did
Your love to me show.

Blind I was,
Lost in my own way,
Until I chose to hear
The words You say.



Now the sun is so bright,
The birds are my friends,
And around me it seems
Celebration never ends.

This is what You do,
Sweet Jesus of mine:
You transform the meaningless
To miracles divine.



So here in these moments,
In my time with You,
I offer You all I am,
All I say, all I do.

Surely Your love radiates
In all felt, in all seen,
As Your Sonshine streams
Through the trees of green.
