We ask for thy blessings, heavenly Father
Forgiving us our erring ways
Give us strength and courage to serve Thee
Throughout the rest of our days.
Heavenly Father, we ask for understanding
Help us to be friendly and kind
May we remember to judge others
With a loving heart and not our mind.
Heavenly Father, trusting Thy wisdom
Is our decision to make
By following Thy teaching we recognize
Your every blessing is ours to take.
We thank Thee for Thy loving mercy
Help us when we falter, we pray
Heavenly Father keep us on the narrow way
So we may dwell with thee one day.
