If God can
If God can paint the sky in all its beauty,
With a stroke of his glorious paint brush.
Then he can paint your entire life,
With the beauty of his blessings, my friend.
If God can create the vast waters,
Shimmering in the sunlight along ocean shores.
Then believe in him for all your needs,
You have only to knock on Heaven's door.
If God can speak to the howling winds,
And they obey him at his will.
Then surely he can set the captive free,
From satan's bonds he wraps them in.
Our God can do all these things and more,
He'll carry you in your time of need.
As you walk along the ocean's shore,
Yes my friend, God can do this and much more.
God created the sun, moon and stars,
And he knows exactly right where we are.
The crooked paths we travel, He can make straight,
Until with him we enter Heaven's pearly gates.
