In God's Perfect Time.......

In God's Perfect Time...

The ocean waves lap gently,
Above the sea sets the shining sun:
O, remarkable rhythm
Fixed by the Eternal One.

The Lord sets the ocean tides,
He separates day from night
Shall I not then trust
That His timing is always right?

The Almighty created time,
Yet restricted not by time is He;
Time is but a dimension,
Our Lord dwells in eternity.

A thousand years are as a day,
A day as a thousand years;
Perfect is Godís timing,
Though imperfect as it appears.

For our mere mortal eyes
Cannot see all of lifeís tapestry;
Yet the eyes of the Eternal
See all in its entirety.

Let us then trust fully
In Godís most perfect time;
We know the Omniscient One
Does all with reason and rhyme.

From the rising of the sun
To the changing of the seasons,
Perfect is our Lordís timing,
Powerful are His reasons.

Even the return of Jesus,
We know not day nor hour;
Long we do for the day we see
Our Lord shining in His power.

The angels know not the day
Nor even the Son in His glory;
Yet all trust fully in the Father,
In the perfect timing of His~story.

Let us then, dear Christian,
Trust in the time of our King;
Surely perfection He creates,
Only good our Father does bring.

For He created time,
Yet limited not by time is He;
One day we shall be with our Father,
We shall dwell in eternity.

He sets the ocean tides,
He separates day from night
We, children bought by blood,
Shall trust His timing is right.

As ocean waves lap gently,
As above the sea rises the sun,
We rejoice in the remarkable rhythm,
In the perfect time of the Eternal One.

Purposeful Pathway

Matthew 24:36-37 (KJV)
But of that day
and hour knoweth no man,
no, not the angels of heaven,
but my Father only.
But as the days of Noah were,
so shall also the coming
of the Son of man be.
