This morning, I gazed into the open sky
With eyes to see beyond,
The eyes, my God alone will give
To see where we belong.

A little glimpse into the heavens
My first heartfelt desire,
To see the beauty of my Savior
And all that shall transpire.



The clouds rolled back with gentle wind
Reality unveiled,
And there I viewed the glory
Where love will never fail.

And oh, that glimpse of heaven
Became my present state,
In heavenly places I now dwell
I do not have to wait.



This day I'm walking with my Jesus
His love is where I bask,
All He is, is mine for aye
He lives within my heart.

Poetry From The Heart

But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ even when we were dead
in transgressions it is by grace you have been saved.
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him
in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
in order that in the coming ages He might show
the incomparable riches of His grace,
expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus
