There is someone who gives so much
We take for granted each day
Who loves us and guides us
Along life's narrow way.

He's my salvation when days are dark
My friend in all I do
He cares for me everyday
He is my comfort too.

If you should not know the person
That I am speaking of
His home is not on this earth
He lives in Heaven above.

That's right I speak of my Jesus
He means so much to me
Always listen for his voice
Though his face you cannot see.

He's in our hearts and in our minds
He is with us every day
Ask for His love and His help
