Jesus gives me hope and courage
To face each newborn day
Guiding me through the shadows
And He always leads the way.
He sustains and comforts me
Whenever I feel distress
Jesus is my inspiration
And blesses me with happiness.
With love He grants forgiveness
When I have wandered astray
Bringing me back into His light
Taking all my fear away.
In the stillness of the evening
When I kneel down in prayer
