I Wish You Were My Sister
I wish you were my sister
so I can give you my heart
I would like to become God's child,
for then we will never part
I wish you were my sister,
you are so loving and so kind
It does not matter, if you are my blood
In my spirit, with you I reside
I love you as a sister
my dreams of you will never end
I was meant to think of God
I will always be your loving friend.
I wish you were my sister,
so I can tell you what is in my soul
I pray God answers my prayer
Now to Him I call.
I welcome you, my sister,
my wish was meant to be
God's love is all around us, I can finally see.
What a sister, you were meant for me.
