Roll back the winter scroll
Reveal the wonders hid beneath
The joy within the darkness
The love for us to sing
Roll back the cold and sorrow
For love is here to stay
Unveil the blessed glory
Of God upon our way
Roll back the fear and torment
The agonizing dread
Our God is on the throne
There's nothing e'er to fret
Roll back the lonely feelings
Know comfort from above
Our Lord's abundant promises
His all abiding love
Roll back the tear filled dreams
Replace them with a trust
For God's great plan's unfolding
His way, is pure and just
Roll back all shadowed memory
Live in His love this day
Tomorrow, in the Lord is good

Poetry From The Heart
Father, I want to know Thee, but my coward heart fears to
give up its toys. I come trembling, but I do come.
Please root from my heart all which I have cherished
so long and which has become a very part of my self,
so that Thou may enter and dwell there without a rival.
Then shalt Thou make the place of Thy feet glorious.
Then shall my heart have no need of the sun to shine in it,
for Thyself wilt be the light of it, and there shall
be no night there.
