May my friends be blessed this New Years Day
I give thanks to God for giving me my friends today,
Thank you for your kindness
And your loving heart
Bless you for making me a happy woman
Who is now a part.
When you sit down at your table,
say a prayer for me
I know you will do it,
for you mean everything I see,
As you eat your celebration dinner,
I wish you all the things you need
Health and caring for your family.
I want to thank you all for being part of my life
Together, everyone so sweet,
All help me to grow
Into the person I can be.
May my friends be blessed this New Years Day
I feel so much your very own
I give thanks to God,
For not leaving me all alone.
I have a lot of friends at my table
This New Years Day
They have shown me
The Heavenly Father
On this special day.
