Hold Our Lord Near

I woke up this morning, and at a glance
Our Lord has given me another chance
To live my life HIS way, he wants me to see
How wonderful my life, can truly be

Just look at the beauty all around
He has given it to us, even with no sound
The sky, the stars, the rainbows end
The magic of Love, the kindness of a friend

With prayers and faith, there is nothing to fear
Just hold our Lord, forever near
He will never leave your side, even when in doubt
He will never let you, feel left out

There are those who say, The Lord is not real
Yet these same ones, pray to help them heal
Just take the time, to kneel and say
Dear LORD, thank you for another day
