Watching white cap waves roll on to shore
And listening to the ocean's roar
Under the pale moonlight so sublime
Such lovely tranquillity we find.
In the darkness a lighthouse flashes a light
Across the dark water in the night
God's presence seemed so near
And we knew we had nothing to fear.
We saw a glimpse of heaven while
Sitting there under the pale moonlight
Such beautiful splendor overwhelmed us
It was such a beautiful sight.
As we watched in quite solitude
Under the pale moonlight
We began to pray thanking God
For His beauty of this night.
