My Secret Rainbow
I have a secret rainbow
That no-one ever sees,
At least not all the colors
That glow so beautifully.
There's every shade imaginable
From rich to very light,
Making up the who I am
My rainbow deep inside.
For this secret little rainbow
Shines within my tears,
I'm the only one to see it
When God comforts all my fears.
My rainbow tucked inside
Shines brightly in my heart,
The promises of Jesus
Showering on my path.
But I guess some of the loveliness
Might just slip into view
Eternal love inside my heart
Glowing just for you.
