No rain is forecasted for today
The sky is crystal clear
But it is raining leaves you know
Wintertime is drawing near.
With each little gust of wind
The leaves come tumbling down
No need to have any umbrellas
They all fall to the ground.
No need for rain gear or rain boots
But a coat or sweater you will need
The autumn wind is quite chilly
My word I think you should heed.
The trees are shedding all their leaves
While the wind swirls them around
Currents of wind takes them up
That's why they're raining down.
