Delightful is the dawn,
A new morning is here,
The refreshment of renewal
Abounds everywhere.

The leaves are smiling
With sunshine streaming through,
The sky sings gently
As she turns to bright blue.



And You, my Jesus,
Whisper in the light,
Your promises of renewal
Rise from the night.

So I offer to You,
My will, my all,
I choose to follow You
Wherever You call.



I choose to devote
To You this day,
I choose to follow
Your purposeful way.

Yes, in the morning,
When all does awake,
I choose to do all
For Your Name’s sake.



As the skies brighten,
As the leaves dance,
I praise You for this day,
For another chance -

To sing Your praises
With joy in my heart,
Rejoicing that You and I
Never shall part.



I smile with the leaves
As Sonshine streams through,
I sing with the sky
As she turns to blue.

Yes, delightful is the dawn,
A new morning is here
The radiance of Your love
I see everywhere!
