Rest in me
You won't find comfort in this world
Let me put my arms around you and hold you up
Put those worries aside
I have it all under control
What seems so huge to you is very small to me
If I can stop the storms and calm the seas
Do you not think I am able to handle your crisis
Look for my purpose in your storm
There is a greater good at hand
Be still and rest in me
I know your needs
Remember, I care for all creation
I feed the sparrows and keep the stars in place
I created you and I will not forsake you
I know your name and your thoughts
I know when someone hurts you
And I hear every tear you shed
Won't you just rest in me
Let me have you and your cares-
ALL of you and ALL of them
Just rest

You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you.
Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord, the Lord himself,
is the Rock eternal.
Isaiah 26:3-4
