Sunshine streams,
Pouring on me,
Dancing with bliss
Through leaves of the tree,
Embracing my skin,
Warming me with love,
Reminding me of the Son
Reigning above,
Filling my heart
With joy in all I hear,
The symphony of songbirds
Ringing crystal clear..
Yes, sunshine streams
On this gorgeous day,
A blissful celebration
On my purposeful pathway.
Eternal beauty
Is the gift I receive
As in my Lord Jesus
I faithfully believe.
He fills my days
With warm sunshine,
With kisses of grace,
With embraces divine,
With songs of happiness
In my heart to beat,
With steps to dance,
Joyful and sweet.
So on this day
Wish sunshine so clear,
I sing how my Jesus
Is to me so dear,
I keep my eyes fixed
On treasures above,
As I feel the embrace
Of His heartwarming love..
Yes, as sunshine streams,
Pouring on me,
I smile to know
I am Jesus’ eternally!
