After The Storm

When the dark clouds of the raging storm are gone,
Then we can see God's Heavenly rainbow coming on.
Then we praise and thank God for getting us through.
For without Jesus we wouldn't have known what to do.

But we know Jesus was there in the midst of the storm!
Thank you Lord for Calvary and the curtain that was torn.
Now we can go to the alter and talk to Jesus face to face!
And thank our Lord for the storms of life He has erased.

Give thanks for His Salvation and for His amazing Grace,
And for giving us the ability to win in this spiritual race!
We know in our hearts, Calvary was not a pretty place,
But thanks be unto Jesus, it's where we found Salvation,
Along with His healing and forgiveness, mercy and grace.

We thank You Jesus for the old rugged cross!
We thank You Jesus, that for us you paid the cost.
Teach us how to be humble and to love the way You do.
Thank You for Calvary and all that you went through!
