Thankful Heart
As I sit in my seclusion
This is what I'd like to say
Be thankful for your family,
The health you have today.

God gives us each a corner
That we can call our own
We can cherish it, take care of it
Call it our special throne.

Be responsible for our actions
No matter what we do
Don't cry about the mistakes you make
They'll come home and haunt you too.

Just try to do the thing that's right
Live the best way that you can
Remember what God teaches us,
Give your friends a helping hand.

Love one another
Ask His guidance from above
His precious light shines down on you
With patience's and with love.
