This beautiful day full of happiness Is slowly closing away The sunset looks like a coal of fire Some work left to be done another day. Each day as the sun rises high in the sky It gives warmth to my heart and soul God gives me new strength To do His will and finish my goal. It is time to kneel beside my bed Giving thanks at the closing of the day Asking for His forgiving grace And His love and guidance all the way.
