Lord, it's been awhile since I've known
what you'd have me say
and I am always listening for your voice
to guide me, to tell the world, just
what your message is today

I know sometimes I struggle to know
what Your Will is for my life
and just what it is you would have me to do

I recall when you touched me one stormy night
in that little Church
What Joy filled my soul --
I felt you come into my heart right there and then

And I asked you what could I do for you
I felt you wanted me to relay to others,
the joy that floods your soul in knowing
you belong to Christ forever,
and that your soul will not be lost

Time is growing short and decisions must be made
Please don't put off your salvation,
I know that He will be coming soon
To gather his children and his heart
would break to leave one here behind
because you chose to put it off until still another day

Old Satan is running wild because
He knows the time is growing nigh

Tell my children not to be discouraged
about all the trouble and strife
That is in this world and going on today,
Tell them not to fear for I am still in control
And that I will soon be on my way --
It could Even Be Today
