Winter is a joy to some people
Many enjoy the winter sports
Ice skating, skiing, or building a snowman
Especially little ones love to make snow angels
Boys love to play Hockey in the street
While their sisters go to the pond to ice skate
How about those who have snow ball fights?
So much fun to have in the fluffy white snow
Sledding at the park racing down those hills
Cross country skiing for some older folks
Or just a walk down to the neighbors
For a hot chocolate and sit by the fire
Good conversation with good friends
Petting the dog or cat can warm your heart
Perhaps you like to meet at the senior center
And play a game of Scrabble or Yahtzee
Just keeping active will keep you young
Even a walk down to the rink, and watch
younger people enjoying Winters Blessings
Winter is for the young at heart, and
keeps people youthful and your mind alert
Enjoy all God's awesome Seasons of the
calendar, and of your life.

and peace as you trust in Him, so that you
