The beauty so very revenant
Millions of flakes fall in time
Watching snow birds fly around
This moment is truly mine.
First snow, nature stands still
Blanket's the frozen ground
Security of a winter coat
Oh what beauty I've found.
The lust I have for such wonder
As it unfolds for all to see
The crunching of my footsteps
In tune like music to me.
As the snow falls gently
God opens His Heaven of white
To give us the beauty of this day
And the silence of the night.
