Winter is so lovely
With the bright fallen snow
Wind whipping through the barren trees
Icicles hanging low.

Harvest time is over
Machinery stored away
Supplies put carefully in the barn
For another autumn day.
Holiday cooking has begun
Aroma pleasant in the air
Lot's of goodies for everyone
Our bounty we will share.

A snow man is in progress
A lot of fun for all
Dress him up with a corn cob pipe
Make him big and tall.
What a wonderful season
God has done his very best
Displayed his love with this masterpiece
Now our Lord can take His rest.
