Almost all creatures are asleep
Under a blanket of pure white
Cross-country skiing will warm you up
Waiting for spring for birds to take flight
Baking and cooking keeping warm
Tending to our families dinners tonight
A rack of roast ribs will warm the hearts
Serving warm deserts to their delight
Children are out to play after school
Throwing snowballs and making snowmen
Coming in early as it darkens
Warming their feet in our den
Homework time after they eat
Study is important if you want to pass
Learning is a lifetime adventure
You might want to be first in your class
Helping Dad chop some logs for the fireplace
Prayers, warmth and eating right
Computers and cell phones
Having little pleasures do excite
I will proclaim the name of the LORD.
