Everything I Release to Jesus
Everything I release,
Yes, everything to You,
My desire is to glorify
You in all that I do...
So into Your hands
I release all my cares,
All my wishes, my wants,
All my longings, my tears,
All my victories and challenges,
All my joys and trials,
All my visions and dreams,
All my tears and smiles,
Yes, all I release,
As You work all for good,
Just as You promised
You always would.
To Your hand I cling,
Your Name I do praise,
Your pathway I walk
For all of my days.
I ask only, my Jesus,
That You stay with me;
Yes, stay close to my side
For all eternity.
Wherever You walk,
So too I will go,
The joy of Your presence
Is all I long to know.
You wash from my heart
Every single fear,
You inspire in my eyes
Every joyful tear.
So everything I release,
Yes, everything to You..
You are the Reason, Jesus,
For all I am and all I do!
