Friendship comes and friendship goes
Like a wave upon the sand
As day and night and birds in flight
Like snowflakes when they land.



But you and I are something more
Our friendship is here to stay
Like weeds, rocks and dirty socks
It will never go away.



Today, tomorrow and always
Our friendship will grow and grow
And one thing I know for sure
You're a wonderful friend to know.
