Jesus will open the gate to heaven one day
Standing just inside to show us the way
With a smile on His face and arms open wide
Jesus is the one to welcome us inside.
Follow Jesus and you will be all right
If you believe, He will keep you in His sight
The evil of this world we will no longer face
All because of our Savior's loving grace.
As the gate to heaven swings open so free
The beauty of heaven we shall see
No more heartache for you and me
