Butterflies dance,
Birds joyfully sing,
Fields stretch with green,
Trees are swaying,

Clouds smile above,
Skies shine with blue,
Happy are the roses,
The sunflowers too,



Brilliant is the sun,
Buoyant my heart,
Blissful this day
From its start..

Why, you ask?
Because Jesus is here,
He is everything sweet,
Everything dear,



Everything beautiful,
Everything new,
Everything perfect,
Everything true,

Everything lovely,
Everything pure,
Everything good
To eternally endure..



So happy I am,
Yes, every day,
As Jesus is with me
Every step of the way.

Never from me
Will He part,
So happy and light
Is my heart.



He paints the rainbows,
The skies of blue,
He brings sweet joy
To all I do..

So as butterflies dance,
As birds joyfully sing,
I rejoice that in Jesus
I have everything!
