I choose life in the morning
As I see the rays of dawn
I choose to walk with Jesus
As I walk out through the door
I choose life in the Saviour
For life is only Him
He made the sun to shine
And every bird to sing
I choose to gaze into the sky
And know my Father's there
I see Him all around me
In the beauty everywhere
I choose to live in light
In the light of heaven's love
I want my God to guide me
Up to His home above
I choose to want God's love
To fill my heart and mind
So bitterness won't claim
What would have been divine
I choose to use this day
To live within His rest
That I may share His love
And others may be blessed
