God WILL get us through,
He didn't say just when,
But, all the time we're needing Him
On HIM we can depend.

He didn't say life would be calm,
But He promised we'd have HIM,
It's when the fear most overwhelms
His peace will dwell within.

Though questions won't have answers
And confusion is the norm,
He will come with miracles
Where once we only mourned.

We may not see the purpose
Of trials in the dark,
But, it's there we find the secrets
Of all God would impart.

We have to go through testing
To find out God is true,
We cannot know IF we believe
Until this faith is proved.

For, it's only in the depths of night
Do we really have to need
A power that we cannot see
But will desperately believe.

Life may SEEM a dreadful mess,
That evil reigns supreme,
But, there is where God's marvellous love
Divinely will be seen.

So just sit tight, don't plan too much
Nor fall into despair,
If, life is turning upside down
Be sure of God's deep care.

There's much that He is up to
Remember Joseph's life,
God's creating something beautiful,
We find Him in the night.

If we will look back upon the past, many of us will
find that the very time our Heavenly Father
has chosen to do the kindest things for us,
and given us the richest blessings, has been the time we were
strained and shut in on every side. God's jewels are
often sent us in rough packages... but within
we find the very treasures of the
King's palace and the Bridegroom's love.
