Rejoice, rejoice,
Sing my heart, rejoice!
The Lord loves me so,
I lift in song my voice!
How wondrous is He,
How glorious His Name,
How joyous now my life,
Nothing is the same.
For He transforms all things,
Changes them for good;
He perfects all things
As only the Omnipotent could.
In all and through all,
Before all and above:
Surely this is my King,
Yea, He who is love.
How can my heart then
Not sing in song?
How can I not rejoice
When to Him I belong?
Surely each day is lovelier,
The sun far more bright,
For now I live in Jesus,
He is my heart’s delight.
The songs of birds
Surround in sweet symphony;
Waving in joyful praise
Every flower, every tree.
With nature’s symphony,
I rejoice in my King;
He is our Creator, our Lord,
He is our Everything.
