Savor the moment,
The present, the now,
Precious child,
Let Me show you how:

Listen to the winds
Dancing through leaves,
Gaze at the colors
Of the happy trees,



Listen to the geese
As above they fly,
Feel the sun's warmth
As it shines on high,

Smell the fragrance
Of flowers all 'round,
Feel the water on your feet,
Listen to its sound.



Yes, savor the moment,
Be present with Me,
For in the moment
You taste eternity,

In the present,
When your heart you still,
My peace and joy
Your soul will fill,



So this very moment
With joy embrace,
It is a window of wonder,
A kiss of grace,

It is the happiness
Of the colorful trees,
It is the dance
Of the joyful leaves,



Yes, precious child,
I have shown you how..
