Resting in Jesus, He shelters me
He is my most dearest Friend,
He is my Comfort and my Fortress,
He'll stay close until the end.
He holds me close to His heart
In Him I'll forever abide,
He's my King of Kings my Lord of Lords,
He is my Everything.
When I call upon Him
He listens as I pray,
He gives me strength to go on,
And protects my steps each day!
God loves to shelter His children
And cover us with His Banner of Love,
When we need that extra care,
To His breast we're sheltered there.
